Problem with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition

So recently I bought a black razer kraken tournament edition headset and everything was going well until i realized that the mic was loose. The audio still works and the mic is still able to pick up audio, the only problem is that it's loose. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this or weather it's a problem. It'll be well appreciated if anyone is willing to help.
