Problem with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition

Hello. First of all I apologize for my grammatical errors, I can´t speak english perfectly so I hope you can understand as much as can be possible.



Three days ago I bought my Razer Kraken Tounament Edition, all this days all worked perfectly but yesterday it started a problem that continues today. When I plug the USB for the THX spatial audio the sound is reproduced separately (a two days ago this doesn´t happened). I can hear by stereo the game sound and all the computers sounds but I don´t know how I can hear the sound again in the headset, on the other hand, when I try to talk I can hear the other person in the headset (at the same time that I´m listening all the others sounds for example from the game but in stereo) but that person can´t hear me. I want to hear all inside the headset and nothing in stereo and I want to control the sounds options from de thx controller just like I did it a couple of days ago.

Honestly I don´t have any idea of what is going on. Hope that somebody can help me with this problem.
