Problem with Razer Nari Ultimate

I bought a razer nari ultimate over a year ago and the dongle for it for some reason stopped working,  it isnt recognized by any pc when I insert it in the usb port, i want to know if i can buy a replacement or find a way to pair them again? (pairing utility didnt work). waiting for a reply
