Problem with Razer Wolverine TE

I just buy it. So i installed Wolverine for Xbox on my computer, and create some profiles. I shut down my computer and when i restarted later, i can't select profiles or edit them. But i can continue to create them with the same problem.
I tested on another computer with another account, and all previously created profiles was here with the same problem. So the pad has is own memory and it's corruped. Is there any way to reset it ?

Are you trying to record macros or just simple keybinds? By the way, are you using Synapse to create the profiles? I'd appreciate it if you can PM me your ticket number.
