HELLO
i bought a razer black shark v2 head set a while before from a shop and when it arrived there wasn’t any kind of code in the package for me to activate the 7.1 surround audio with.
just recenty i found out i can get my code but the serial number of my product at razor website
so i did and when i put the code it tells me to register first and when i go to register the product it says that it was already registered in razor
i already contacted the seller they say they cant do anything
i dont know what to do anymore can anyone help?
