problem with software code 7.1

I got some razer kraken x lite for christmas gift, it turns out that when I wanted to register the code for the 7.1 program, I scratched it a lot and now half of the code is unrecognizable .. could I do something to recover the code or get a new one? Thank you so much! (I'm using google translator)
