problem with the code for surround 7.1

Hello i have a problem i wasn’t any code inside the box of my BLACKSHARK V2 X so i need help with it, when i put the serial code in the part of new activation code it apears a warning “item registered to user already” whan i registered first time it didn’t sent any code to the email. what should i do now?

hi i was scratching the code but i didn’t found a code my headset is razer kraken x lite can i at least get a code for the surround sound because i feal deprised   please  replay
