Problem with the Razer BlackWidow Chroma Lighting!!

So I've had this keyboard for around 2 years with no problems, but seemingly for no reason now the lighting profiles have become non-responsive through the app, no matter what I do. The keyboard itself is fully functional as well as macros, etc. However the lighting is only set to spectrum cycle, going into chroma studio also has no functionality, I can choose different lighting profiles, but the on-screen keyboard will stay unlit while my actual keyboard is still stuck on cycling

Can you try to uninstall and reinstall the Razer Synapse app on your computer? If you still have the same issue, please send me a PM together with the serial number of your Razer BlackWidow Chroma keyboard. Let's continue from there.
