Problem with the Razer Deathadder V3 Pro USB cable. | Razer Insider

I had problems with my Deathadder V3 Pro + Hyperpolling Wireless. It stopped working, I formatted the computer and ran several tests. The conclusion is that the USB cable is bad and broke after 1 month of use. I put it in another common cable and everything worked normally.

If the cable is faulty and the mouse is still on warranty I’d contact Razer Support for a replacement cable: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/


I bought it in the USA, but I live in Brazil.
