Problem with Two-Step Authentication

I'm having a problem trying to log in to my account with two-step authentication. When selecting the option to send code by SMS to my number (final 4840), I receive the code correctly, but when I enter it, the message appears: "There was an unexpected error. Reload the page and try again."

I've already tried to update the page, use another browser, ask for new code and even wait a while, but the error persists.

Could you help me solve this problem? I need to access my account urgently.
