Problem with Wallet Reload via PayPal - Razer Gold

Hello, I need help with this because I really don’t know what to do at this point, few days ago I did a Reload using PayPal and after paying and my money getting deducted from my bank account, I got “Transaction Pending” status and now after more than 24 hours I’ve made a support ticket requesting either the Razer Gold I bought or the money back but they said the transaction failed and that I should try Reload again, the problem is that I cant because they deducted the money and since the transaction is stated as Pending, I cant request PayPal for a refund/chargeback and they already closed my Ticket after saying that I should just buy again… I’ts driving me insane this is my first time using Razer Gold.
