Problem with wireless mouse dongle

I'm having problems trying to get my basilisk ultimate to work via wireless. I've tried cleaning out the dongle, ive tried different usb ports, ive restarted the mouse, most recently I've tried updating the firmware using razer's updater where it will try for a little bit and get up to 40 percent and then quit and tell me I still need an update.. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You can try following the steps here to fix the wireless connection issue of your mouse. If that didn't help, proceed with these steps.
