Problems after the update on 06.11.23. Headphones Razer BlackShark v2 stopped working THX special audio

I'm already familiar with Razer's bugs (it's been years) Before this update, there was still this bug. I needed to (create a blank profile, calibrate the thx in mod off, eq etc) and then duplicate the profile and activate the THX, this way it would detect the apps, to choose stereo or surround... works for 2 months, doesn't work for 6 months , etc. and so. lol. anyway... I have the Razer nari ultimate wifi and razer Razer ManO'War wifi This morning I had an update, and I tried to solve it and created a tutorial on my discord. ------------ ----------- This is what I wrote there: PROBLEMS..... UPDATE 06.11.23 You have now updated and this version is different The menu is different 1- update 2- restart the PC after 3- the part to calibrate the stereo or the THX surround part (THX Spacial Audio) no longer exists. it disappeared. 4- even calibrating with my old settings, the SOUND is dry, thin sound, sharp. There's no bass. It's a rotten stereo... I tried everything here for an hour and restarting and nothing changes. 5- in Windows > sound > peripheral (your headphone) added ENHANCEMENTS -BASS BOOST -HEADPHONES VIRTUALIZATION -LOUDNESSE EQUALization but this should disable... 7- there is no option to add programs example: putting Google in stereo or VLC in surround, etc. to do the stereo or thx test (it's a demo and doesn't have a play button, There is only a pause button and nothing appears. bizarrely the razer synapse however and I didn't understand, it went to the version 20231107.... I restarted several times, I was confused ;)
  
  guys try Turn off audio enhancements select the 3 options and apply. but it didn't work for me

Using a Nari Headset - same issue. Update released this morning. I see that there is a new THX Audio enhancement applied to both my Game and Chat Razer audio devices - so no ‘new’ THX Spacial device listed anymore, I guess? However, I still can’t hear a difference. If they had the old Demo - the ring of sounds with helicopter, it’d go a long way to hearing a difference, as it is that goofy Demo video is useless.

After the update? WIll try it now - just curious.

For my Nari Ultimate, I think I finally figured it out. There is no more THX Spatial in Windows 10 Output Devices as there used to be before this update. There is only Razer Game and Razer Chat now. I used to select THX Spatial as the output device before and now I just select Razer Game.

The two buttons on the Sound of the new Razer update definitely does change the output from Stereo to THX Spatial as I went back and forth numerous times and can tell the difference.

So it appears that you just select the Razer Game sound output device in Windows and then make sure your THX Spatial button is lit up on Razer’s sound page and you should have spatial sound playing in your headphones. At least it works for my Nari Ultimate.

Tell me who has a problem after the update that the sound through the USB sound card in one earphone is louder than in the other?

I noticed this morning. Exactly, THX Spatial, no longer available on the peripherals, but that was an option for the speakers ^^
We don't need to pay for THX for these headphone models ( for nari ultimate), they are already integrated for surround.
I tested  a movie on VLC with 6 channel , I don't see the difference between stereo or thx…
Channel(s): 6 channels Channel layout: C L R Ls Rs LFE the sound is bad. is stereo and bad.
It looks like it doesn't have surround. the sound is much quieter than before the update…
even in stereo it is low. and I have the volume at 100% in VLC and in Windows options etc.
It seems like it only has 30% maximum /100 I notice the difference well.
By configuring the equalizer and other options as I had before, the sound improved. But this is only in stereo and worse than before the update.
This morning I didn't notice much of a difference because I only did tests on YouTube (I listen in stereo) of course

where I noticed the difference, it was this afternoon on Twitch and VLC...   when someone talks, so I know people, and it's the same thing. there's no bass... I don't seem to recognize the voices.
- there's no bass here something bug here.
5 hours later and out of nowhere, now I receive a notification every 10 seconds I'm just listening to music on YouTube just open chrome. 
confusion... this is my situation for nari ultimate  now but yours may be different…

we need 1 update. or the old version. As for the demo, it doesn't work either It only has a number 765 and it doesn't play...

You misunderstood my question a little bit, I have a question about the sound, I can also switch to THX, but the sound does not change, bass and normalization do not change either, although the sliders are dragged.

I have a razer sound card. Black shark v2. The sound does not change when switching to THX spatial audio and back. But the bass adjustment and equalizer work. THX spatial audio has also disappeared from the audio output settings.

I think it's definitely a problem update. They shouldn't take away spatial sound from users. I regret that I have been updated. In the previous version, everything worked fine.

I agree with you, the previous version was much better, at least it worked. This one looks like a raw, unfinished product.
By the way, have you faced such problems before, and how long do you think this problem will continue? 

This "update" was released yesterday, and now quite a few people have this problem, at least 40 comments under this announcement and several on reddit.
