After updating synapse, there are problems with enabling thx spatial audio. When I click on thx spatial audio or stereo, the sound does not change.

Yea I just updated and I am having the same issue. I just texted Razer Support and they said they will reply within 72 hours -_-
They have already given me an answer, they needed the serial number and synapse logs, now I am waiting for a response (I submitted it yesterday, a day has already passed for me).
I have little experience using it. I bought the headphones only a week ago, so this is the first problem. I hope that an update with a fix will be released within a couple of days.

I restored the system to an earlier point and only then did the thx spatial audio device appear. but razer synapse does not work.

You misunderstood my question a little bit, I have a question about the sound, I can also switch to THX, but the sound does not change, bass and normalization do not change either, although the sliders are dragged.
I have a razer sound card. Black shark v2. The sound does not change when switching to THX spatial audio and back. But the bass adjustment and equalizer work. THX spatial audio has also disappeared from the audio output settings.
I’m having the opposite problem. Synapse keeps creating new default profiles that don’t do anything, each time I turn on my PC (The laptop ones don’t apply here, though it makes me wonder if this has happened in the past.)
The desktop profile was the default before. The defaults were not there until I turned on my PC each time.

I’m having the same problem with my Kraken V3 Pro. THX Spatial Audio and Stereo has the same sound. THX Spatial Audio drivers dissappeared.

I sympathize with your first experience, I've had these headphones for a year now, I've heard a lot that there are enough problems with the software, but I haven't encountered them yet.

I spoke with a Razer agent on Twitter and Reddit, I had to uninstall and install the app again, it fixed the THX/stereo bug, BUT the sound quality is still bad, like very bad.
I tried playing CS2 and was messing with the settings at the same time and I was unable to find the correct setings, even though I tried the previous ones, it feels like something’s missing ( I’m using Kraken V3 pro wireless ).
They have to fix this ASAP.
No, I don't have a sound card guys.
I had created 2 profiles (as I explained)
1- THX It is 2- STEREO I think it's a problem with sync cloud profiles…
But deleting it alone.

I know. I've already lost dozens of hours (because of Razer bugs), maybe weeks in 10 years with Razer products, I know almost all the folders and services lol But I'm not the only one wasting my time...
there are old synapse files from THX etc

.. so i sometimes fixed the problem for my nari ultimate because this had conflicts with the razer drivers in the microsoft folders...
and afterwards, it worked perfectly (total cleaning).
you need 4 programs to uninstall everything.
This time I uninstalled everything, and reinstalled Synapse and it's still the same…
We need a new update ;)
But you can try and you will see that I am right.
1- download synapse 3
2- disconnect the internet.
3- open the revo unnisttaler, uninstall > Select Razer or Synapse and > forced uninstallation > razer or synapse
I just said open and select (don't clic delete) wait 😉
4- at the same time open HiBit Uninstaller
5- and select razer / synapse
6- open Autoruns
serves to check before uninstalling and after uninstall and restart. You will see that you still have files, dll, regedit keys, sys etc…
now on windows, apps & features
click uninstall > razer synapse
When the process ends, uninstall, don't restart, wait.😁
now YES
now uninstall with revo,
then uninstall with the HIbit to see if there's anything left... but yes^^
Next:
- at the end of this. restart the pc and check again with these programs, revo, hibit and autoruns
I think there will be keys left in this folder C:\Windows\Installer . like in the image above ;) delete manually.
Again, restart pc.😂

Sound is like having a cups over the ears and some kind of speakers playing the sound…

use the Device Cleanup Tool
helps a lot.
for example in VLC or other programs sometimes the "nari ultimate game" .in the choice list,
it is repeated several times with letters at the end "$$$$$$$$$" and we don't know which one is good.
but it is valid for any headpone.
-this cleans the peripherals, which are no longer connected or no longer exist. -old headphones, monitors, smartphones etc.
And when you buy a new or used PC,: you can know which peripherals were connected ;)
- good to take a look and know what was changed ;) ^^
and at the end of the last synapse installation. run the program...
... It has 2 folders: choose x64 bits version and run as admin .
-in the list, just select everything and press the keyboard key > delete.
- or click on it and > remove device

Yep, my blackshark v2 broke as well. Updated synapse and joined game this morning and was greeted by my headset doing its best imitation of pig in trash compactor. At least I'm not the only one.

Topic is for the Blackshark and it’s not fixed, there is no THX. I deleted all Razer folders as suggested and uninstalled the Software, I reinstall then plug in adapter and still not working.

Hey guys! I am unsure if anyone has said what I am about to say but that’s besides the point. I just got off of a lengthy chat with support. The consensus we arrived on was just wait for a patch because they are aware of this issue and the only way its going to be fixed is with the new patch that will arrive. I asked for an ETA but they are not sure when it will arrive.
TLDR; we are screwed till a new patch arrives.

Razer Kraken Tournament Edition , I just got a brand new second set and thought they were broken!! Spent 3 hours trying to get this to work. Then tried my old ones and same thing. My THX spatial audio doesn’t even show up now.
Happy I found this so I know I’m not alone here.

- after complete cleanup reboot Your computer (unplug all razer devices after clicking on reboot lol)

I use Youtube and try it to see diffirent when use 100% BASS and increase volume nothink change it … just the same THX and Stereo dont have any diffirents now and mega low is now 249$ Headset is like 50$ without THX is mega bad before i this shit update from Razer i use 20-25 volume without increased bass or volume or anythink.Now i use all increased 100% in synapse with 40-55 % volume and again HEAR SOOO BAD mega BAD .. now is not 360% hear everythink close to me… for me this update make it headsets from razer trash...Enhancement from Synapse just better to be delete… not have any diffirents now i change it there settings and just is the same without do anythink...

Same here Razer Nari Essential, after this mornings update Thx Spatial Synapse output is gone from windows sound settings and the remaining default Razer Nari Essential output sounds horrible, tinny far away, no bass whatsoever, changing stuff in synapse doesn’t do anything, etc…

I think I found some sort of solution… go into windows ‘installed apps’ and search for synapse then click modify.
click modify again and then make sure to check “THX SPATIAL AUDIO” under “optional modules”. this will install that and then thx spatial audio returned to the windows settings.
However it says that this requires activation and gives you a 15 day trial, so hopefully they bring back the internal thx spatial audio for those headsets that should have it for free.
