Problems after the update on 06.11.23. Headphones Razer BlackShark v2 stopped working THX special audio

SAME PROBLEM I SWITCHED TO REALTEK BUT I HAD TO GET EXTENSION CAUSE MY BLACKSHARK HAS ONLY 1 INPUT

Razer is a large company and I dont think they missed QA of a main app but I'm hopping you're right

2 years ago I saw a link which mentioned all headphone models
which had integrated THX and the list of headphones that you needed to buy the THX.
I looked it up now, but I don't know if it's the right link?

for example , for  "nari ultimate wireless" it was not necessary to buy the THX.
attention: Nari, I think there are 3 models and not all of them have the THX. unless I'm mistaken.

But I already paid for these headphones to have the THX, and I'm not going to pay again.

It is honestly incredible how they have not once mentioned 7.1 surround sound being gone for everyone. that is the main issue, there just isnt surround sound. Rollback the update already

They are busy making money (Black Friday, etc.) and the only developer is in holiday.

I also had these products:
the best sound I had was MAN O' WAR.
  (V 2016) I paid 175 €.99 in promotion of corse (end 2016).

it was the first version.
But they break (it's just plastic).
They broke 2 or 3 months later or not even that, I don't remember.
I was playing battlefield I think and I heard crackkkkk.
I have a normal, bald head.. ahahha..

Afterwards, I created a post on the Razer forum (dissatisfied).
since they broke. but that post was deleted years later.
but I saved the page on my PC as proof ;) it doesn't matter (it's in the past).
I don't live on grudges.

If Razer breaks, they don't refund (there is no RMA) guarantee.
- There are many videos of dissatisfied people on the internet ;)
-I had also mentioned: (Why had they removed the overlays from the sound level bar? ) from the microphone and sound level from the monitor) that bar with the Razer logo. (that was very useful).
It was because Microsoft didn't accept it.
But overlays from msi, discord etc are accepted. (I don't understand)

Where I bought them in Portugal, they said there was no warranty, so I stored them like that with tape until the warranty ended.

ps: the photos are old, I tried the RMA two days before the end of the warranty.

That's why the sponges were worn out.

That's why they are dirty and moldy etc. (they were in a drawer since I bought the NARI).

- So they sent the headphones to America.
I waited a month, and I received them again in the same condition, they offered me two elastic bands. ahahahah. And to repair it, they asked for 140 euros.
But on that same day (I think 2018, it was Black Friday here and they sold it for 100 euros and new).
It wouldn't make sense to pay 140 euros for repairs and have it new here for 100 euros.. ahahha and in the same store "Worten"

Obviously they don't want to know, even with so much video and evidence on the internet.
After my advice in the post I created, they manufactured the 2018 version, with the plastic ones on top a little wider (but they break the same)... Forget it...
As long as they don't add aluminum, they'll all break.
If they don't break? Only if the person uses them 1 hour a week ;)

the difference between the two:
MAN O' WAR
  In games etc, I would set the level to 65% or so (that was my sound)...

Nari Ultimate
the sound at 100% is weaker than the 65% of Man o'War.
I feel like it's not at its best.
I think they should add at least 25% more to be able to pop the ears. hehe. at least.
The Man o'War:
could detect any app
and knew if it was stereo or 7.1
be it netflix, prime video, vlc, youtube, games
he detected.
-and you could go outside the house about 12 meters away
wireless worked better over distance.

Nari ultimate:
Well configured, the sound is good
- (just need more level)
- Hypersense, Haptic always worked
  -THX Spacial also always worked
(not now due to these updates)
- you don't know the difference between the apps. whether stereo or THX spatial audio.
-I had to set it manually, surround or stereo.
- I walk 5 meters outside the room and sometimes the sound stops and starts again
has less reception than man o' war
Sometimes it works up to 10 meters, but it is unstable.
- they broke it 2 months later on the head, once again. haha
ps: there are a lot of videos on YouTube, we are not the only ones.
I had to cut a piece of aluminum
and I did it this way. (see photo)
and I fitted it and then I put medical tape on it, once again.
-This is very ugly in a web cam or stream conversation

It depends on Razer.
I love the sound, but if they don't make headphones with aluminum or other components that don't break, it will be the last time

In the photos, these are my personal Razer products.
But I've already bought a lot of Razer products for family and friends,
and all the headphones broke.. disgruntled family members and my money went.

I've already spent a lot of money... finite, fini, end.
Razer, I'm not one for spite or malice, but please make an effort.
I'm sincere and I hate dictatorship or discrimination etc;)

and today I called again
synape, and updated this version
20233110.
It remains the same.
-Does not add THX
- it's only stereo (that sound is rotten)
-equalizer doesn't work
-the DEMO does not work
-stereo +/- for youtube video without equalizer.
I'm back to dolby atmos ;)
I watch a lot of movies in 5.1 or 7.1
whether on netflix, vlc etc
and with Synapse, in VLC, the stereo is the maximum sound is 25% of 100%
worse than a normal stereo.
You can't go around changing all the options every day and testing whether they work or not, it's tiring.
3 days on this problem!
If I have to pay THX again? I say bye now.
I have more to do than be here writing!
  But sometimes it is necessary to make other people aware of the problems.
Whether it's plastic or sound problems...
The only thing that remained in new condition were the boxes ;) lol

I haven't tested this option mentioned above, driver signature,
 yet, but I have everything disabled. I already have this problem with rats, 
mad cat rat5. rat7, rat8 etc (in bios) and pc. I have to check.

When you take the THXspacial App it contains the same demo as Synapse does

There is a HUGE difference in sound Quality.

I have the same problem but I also have problems with overlapping sounds, when that happens everything kinda sounds mushy.

and there is only pause, there is no play and sound
- put full screen and
I have a play button in the middle of the screen.
I click play and it doesn't do anything, it stays in pause state
and there is a black image with that number....
if this is videos? ( I don't know). It does not work for me.

1 video made in stereo and another in thx, dolby etc.

I do this in an mp4, bik, mkv video and insert 5 videos or more there, in 5 minutes in stereo 2, mono, , dolby, ac3, 6 channels, 8 channels etc.
and you will see the difference even if you only have stereo ;)
but I do not know ;)
