Problems connecting craken 2019 to razer synapse
when i try to connect the kraken to razer synapse it does not find them and tells me to connect a device via usb, even if the kraken 2019 have only jeck input

Please note that analog variants of the Kraken headset are not supported on Synapse 3.0. These types of headsets directly communicate with the computer's sound card, which is why you don't have to install additional apps or drivers. That is unless you want to enable 7.1 surround sound.
