problems with blackshark V2 mic and synapse

Recently got a new blackshark V2, at fist it worked fine, everything seemed to work well. As of a week ago my mic doesnt seem to be connected to synapse, if i go to the mic tab in synapse i cant adjust volume/mic boost/voice gate or preview, its just all greyed out. On discord it also doesnt work and when in call i get a red: "Well, it looks like the Razer USB Sound Card microphone hardware mute switch is on." on the top of the server. If i use the headset with just the 3.5mm jack the mic works fine. I already reinstalled synapse. I also already reinstalled the audio drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Were there any changes made to your device or system before the issue? Have you connected your headset to a different computer and checked if the issue persists? Please update its firmware by clicking this link and see if it helps.
