(sorry for my bad english writting skills)
Recently my mouse (deathadder v2 pro) started to freeze for 1 or 2 second periodically.
So i tried to update the firmware, started with dongle did work great, but for the mouse when i turn it off and plug in the usb cable, the mouse isn’t recognised and i can’t proceed with the firmware update.
If someone can help, it will be much appreciated i love this mouse !
