Problems with Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2019)

I've had this laptop since it just got out to market, even got the silver edition and all. Its great for everyday tasks, the problem comes whenever I start to play something. Theres 2 big problems, the main one is that it gets too hot that I cannot even touch the keyboard without burning my fingers. The second one is that I just cant play any games on ultra, high, or even medium quality setting. I dont know if its just me or this laptop kinda doesn't give the performance it should. Is there any way to fix this? Please let me know.
