Problems with Razer Electra v2 USB

Just bought one and its a great headset for the money, I like it a lot, but I ran into a problem that keeps repeating itself...Every few hours or sometimes once an hour or so the headset just stops working randomly, I unplug it and plug it back, but I still receive no sound from in game and I have to restart the game too, this is getting kinda annoying at this point. Any suggestion what's the problem? Is it possible to be a software issue?

Hi there! Have you tried connecting it to another PC or port to see if the same issue persists?
