Problems with Razer Synapse 3.0
Hi all, I have the same problem with Razer Synapse 3.0 not detecting my Razer devices, I have a DeathAdder V2 and Ornata keyboard. I tried everything but in the PC settings, in the device item it tells me that there are driver problems. I uninstalled and installed everything, the devices and Razer Synapse 3.0. The situation has not changed.
Can someone help me?

Try these steps:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
As if were gonna click a blind link in a forum without you tell us what it is or where its from. o_O Has ANYONE solved this issue even once?
I have already tried all the links and all the tools to uninstall the drivers and reinstall Razer Synapse 3.0. I also tested my Razer keyboard and Razer mouse on another PC running Windows 11 and Razer devices are perfectly recognized by Razer Synapse. So there is something in my Windows 10 PC that makes Razer Synapse not detect my devices. I've already tried everything, disabling the Firewall, the antivirus, cleaning the PC and everything, but nothing. I don't know what else to do

I have also been having this issue. My razer naga trinity mouse has had no problems since I got it until last month. Maybe the new update caused an issue? My Razer Synapse 3 app no longer regonizes the mouse and says, "please connect a device". I can no longer cofigure my mouse although my old DPI presets appear to be functional since my mouse DPI changes when I press the top buttons. I have tried all the recommend steps on the support page along with the steps in other similar threads.
One thing I notice is that in my device manager I can see the Razer Naga Trinity as a mouse along with an additional "HID-compliant mouse". I have tried disabling, deleting, and updating the various drivers. Nothing seems to be working.

2K007NOT the solution. I do not have any RIOT game software on my pc nor any program called vanguard. This is about the black screen of death that razer CENTRAL throws up when you try to open Synapse 3.

2K007SOLUTION!! That's right, I deleted Valorant and consequently the Anti Cheat Riot Vanguard and Razer started working again and recognizing my Razer devices. Thanks man. Good weekend everyone.

That might be your solution but its not all of our solution. I have NEVER had Valorant installed nor any RIOT games on this pc. This is still an issue!
