Hi, I have a razer dock with mouse connected to it and everything is working as expected. But today I open the mouse to connect the usb dongle that comes with it to other pc, and it is not detected by computer. I try to connect it to several ports and nothing happens. Then I try to connect to other 2 pc’s and same issue, dongle is not detected and mouse is not detected. Back to sync with dock station and no problems. I think have a defective dongle, before I used it on other devices with no problem, but seems to have stoped working since then. I store it inside the mouse, and don’t know what happens with it. ¿Anyone knows how to try to solve this?
I installed synapse on both computers, and the sync utility but dongle is not detected at all.
