Problems with RMA

To proceed with RMA, I proved the purchase details and explained the symptoms, and the laser told me to send the item for RMA, so I sent it by courier, and suddenly after receiving the item, they said they can't proceed with RMA because they can't prove the purchase.
How can I get my stuff back?….

I received the rma code because I gave the laser order number and proof of purchase details in pdf file. I've asked the laser about this, but I haven't heard back for 4 days

Well my RMA is stuck on “contact support” status right after they told me to destroy my keyboard and now there is no response for 4 days past
