Hi everyone, I’m new to Razer products and systems, but I’ve already grown quite fond of the brand. However, today when I installed Synapse 4, none of my Chroma RGB effects were working. I thought it might be because they were effects from Synapse 3, so I went ahead and recreated them for Synapse 4, but only the Starlight and Wave effects are working. When I select other effects, choose the colors and keys, they just stay off. I’d like to know if anyone could help me fix this or if I should go back to Synapse 3.

+1If you have Windows 11 23H2 update, then check if you have Dynamic Lighting enabled in Windows - if yes - disable it, because sometimes it can override Chroma settings.
