Problems with the microphone - robotic voice

I bought the razer kraken kitty edition yesterday and can't get the microphone to stop making me sound like a robot. I can be heard better with the microphone of the laptop than with these. I don't know what other adjustments to make to improve it. I dowload the Razer Synapse, but I couldnt find to fix this problem...
