Just got my razer black shark v2 x today , i try to register to get 7.1 surround code but when i want to register, it say product already been register?

Hello Iznshfq,

Did you purchase the device from a Razer authorized reseller? If you’re seeing an error saying it’s already linked to another account, the unit may have been previously owned or may need to be checked for authenticity. Have you tried contacting the reseller to request a replacement? Just to set expectations, we’re unable to remove the previous owner’s registration or issue a new activation code. If you’d like, send me a PM with the device serial number and store name, and I’ll check what I can in our system. Take care for now!
