I purchased the BlackShark V2 X and I'm having trouble registering the product: it seems that it is already registered. Is it possible to proceed with the registration or not?

Please check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code located on the scratch card included in the package aa indicated here. If the code has already been used or if the card is missing, we are unable to issue a new one as it is associated with a different account. We suggest to please contact the reseller to take advantage of your warranty. If you need further help, please PM me your headset’s serial number and proof purchase so I can verify the information. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
