I recently purchased a headset, "Razer BlackShark V2 X - Wired Gaming Headset - FRML Packaging." When I tried to activate the 7.1 surround sound, I was prompted to register the product on Razer's website. However, it shows that the product has already been activated. But the product is brand new — I need help to complete this registration.
