Hello Razer Support,

I own a pair of blackshark v2 x and my device has already been registered.However, i no longer have access to the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software.

Could you please help me retrieve or reset the activation code linked to my device?

I can provide proof of purchase if needed.

Hi DeLordo,

 

I understand you've lost access to the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software for your registered Blackshark V2 X headset. No worries, since your device has already been registered, all you need to do to access the 7.1 Surround Sound software is to log in using the Razer ID that you used to activate the device.

 

If you still can't access it after logging in, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can check the details on my end.
