Olá Suporte Razer,

Comprei recentemente um mouse Razer DeathAdder Essential (modelo: RZ01-0385), mas quando tentei registrá-lo na minha conta Razer, recebi uma mensagem dizendo que o produto já foi registrado.

Número de série: (Removed SN)
Número do produto: RZ01-03850100

Gostaria de solicitar a verificação deste registro. Se possível, gostaria que o produto fosse transferido para minha conta, pois o comprei de forma legítima e tenho o comprovante de compra.
