I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.
When I tried to register it with my Razer account, I received a message stating that the headset is already registered to another account.
Could you please assist me in resetting the registration so I can link it to my account?

Hey,
There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a fake headset. I’ll double-check everything. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
