Product has already been registered (Razer Blackshark V2 X)

While trying to register Razer Blackshark V2 X on my account, it says it has already been registered. May I know how to proceed from here?

 

Are you the original owner of this device? Products purchased from nonauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods (refer to our Razer’s warranty policy page).
