Hello Razer Support,

I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I tried to register the activation code for Razer 7.1 Surround Sound, I received a message saying that the product has already been registered.

I have never registered or used this activation code before, so I'm not sure why it shows as already registered.

I have the product serial number and proof of purchase, and I'm happy to provide them if needed.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and activate my Razer 7.1 Surround Sound?

Let me double check your device serial number. Please send me a PM with the headset serial number and a copy of your invoice. Kindly upload it to Google Drive, and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so I can access the file. Then share the link with me. Thank you!
