Product Number is Invalid - Registering Razer Kraken X
Hello everybody, I am trying to register my Kraken X. I have put the serial number in which I found on a sticker on the headset and the product ID which it says on the left left beginning with RZ. I have put all the correct details in and it says the product number is invalid. I have tried using the one on the headset and the product number I found on google. Could somebody please help?
