Greetings
Starting a new journey with razer for the first time i bought a razer mouse and setup an account and everything but for some reason when im trying to register the product an error is occuring saying that it was already purchased or something it's a brand new mouse that i just bought do i need some kind of proof or what's going on here?
I would be thankful for any help.

Genuine products are Synapse compatible and that's the fastest way to check if it's genuine or not.
Also new genuine Razer product you can register with your RazerID account.
I know that price sometimes is tempting, but getting products from legit source will compensate the hassle with fake products.

Is it brand new? If yes, and it’s “registered” (and you personally haven’t done this) - then it might be a fake.
It's a genuine razer product i removed the sticker from the serial number myself i check all other authenticity guides they all match up green usb thing and all the writings plus the box it's a genuine product.
+1Could you post a photo of mouse connected to the PC (working) from the bottom? Also you can make a photo of the usb plug of the mouse (and whole cable).

I don't understand you don't have to talk like that i wanted to know if it was real or not i'll just return it right away if it's not genuine that is literally why i came here to ask around because it's my first product from razer.

You told it's genuine - and unfortunately it's not.
The best you can do is to return it and get your money back.

I mean i thought so at least thanks for showing me but how do i know if it's genuine i mean it's pretty much a lot like the genuine do i have to just keep buying snd returning ? Lol
