Product Registration Error in registering my new Seiren Mini

In my razerid.razer.com account, I've tried adding my new Razer Seiren Mini. However, after filling up final step 3 and pressing the "Add" button, I get an error "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again." I've retried this at different times and it is always like this. I've also made sure there were no ad/privacy blockers too. Please help me register my product to my account!
