Project to TV - Wireless display

I want to play games on my home tv via my razer blade 15 4K But despite being no hassle to use Chromecast and such in many forms I simply can't get the screen to connect. Seems that there is no Miracast support - is that still true? I ask as the posts here on the subject are so old! Also its not clear if any wireless HDMI adaptors would work for 4K - I assume not as they seem to rely on Miracast? What are my options?
