Promo code doesn't work

I just signed up here and received a 10 euro promo code in my email. However when I try to enter it on my 129.99 euro purchase, it says “Sorry, this promo could not be applied.” I’ve looked over the terms of the promo and it seems like it should apply.

Did you get the product at a discounted price? If so, you cannot apply another promo code. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket since this is an order-related inquiry.
