Hi all - could use your help. I've just got a new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset and while I love the sound quality, I'm having mic issues. When I plug in with the jack directly into the controller, mic works fine but the game Vs chat balance is off (game too loud). When I use the USB connector, I can adjust game Vs chat but the mic doesn't work. Also, the red mute button (if pressed) doesn't turn off (and I have to unplug and replug in to turn it off). The mic doesn't work whether or not the mute button is pressed. Any ideas on how to fix? TIA.
