My charging stand flashing orange rapidly when I put my controller on. I tried to unplug it and wipe it with soft cloth as recommended in user manual.
Controller seems not charging. Please advise

It seems that the cable that comes with the base stops working after a while. The station often blinks orange. Apparently it doesn't have enough power. I tried to charge the joystick directly without the base with this cable and it didn't work, the charging didn't go. I took another cable, checked that it charges the joystick directly and then connected it to the base and everything worked as before. Conclusion: if the ps5 base from razer often blinks orange, change it and throw the original cable on the shelf.

I tried a different cable, and it works! Thank you so much! I couldn't believe the cable was causing the issue.
