It seems that the cable that comes with the base stops working after a while. The station often blinks orange. Apparently it doesn't have enough power. I tried to charge the joystick directly without the base with this cable and it didn't work, the charging didn't go. I took another cable, checked that it charges the joystick directly and then connected it to the base and everything worked as before. Conclusion: if the ps5 base from razer often blinks orange, change it and throw the original cable on the shelf.
