So when I put my controller on the charger it lights up orange for about 15 seconds and then turns off and doesn't charge the controller at all... I have tried all of the troubleshooting idea and none of them work.

    So when I put my controller on the charger it lights up orange for about 15 seconds and then turns off and doesn't charge the controller at all... I have tried all of the troubleshooting idea and none of them work.
    Please check the following steps below and confirm if you have performed them:
    • Ensure that the USB charging cable is plugged into a powered USB-A port.
    • Ensure that the controller is sitting on the charging stand properly with the charging pins aligned.
    • Clean the contacts on the charging stand.
