PTFE as Mouse Feet

Hi all, i am new to the forum and considering to purchase the deathadderv2. I saw that the mouse feet is using 100% PTFE, was wondering if thats harmful to humans? (last time was PFOA is poisonous) The reason i ask, is because sometimes the sweat will decolourise the black colour in my logitech mouse, i am wondering if its poisonous? Thanks.
