So recently I've been having problems with my headset. I lost my receipt that the store where I bought it from gave me, but I've registered it in my account. They said that they can send my headset for repair if I will tell them the date and hour of purchase. I tried seeing at https://razerid.razer.com/products details about my warranty but It only shows me what products I've registered and that's all. I need the purchase date. Any help?

We won't have that unless the item was purchased from our web store which is why we ask for proof of purchases for warranty claims. The store, however, should also have a copy of the OR so I'm a bit confused as to why would ask for that. Did you pay cash or card? In any case, send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify the warranty status.
