Purchase failed PLS HELP

I want to purchase the brawl pass plus in brawl stars using my razer gold. The brawl pass plus costs $14.98 and my razer gold balance is sufficient to purchase it. I did everything correctly. I entered my brawl stars player tag, selected the brawl pass plus to purchase and selected razer gold as my payment. However, when i proceeded to press checkout, it will not allow me to checkout and the message ‘purchase failed’ keeps on appearing as I repeatedly tried to press checkout. Can someone please give me a proper answer and solution to this as I do not know how to fix this( it has been a day) and I have sent a ticket to razer support and have yet to receive a reply from them.
