Purchased Products not appearing in Synapse 3

Hello, I recent purchased a razer Deathstalker V2 Pro and Basilisk V3 Pro. As I understood it the versions of Synapse 3 did not support these products, however once I downloaded the updates for Synapse 3 the products should have been able to seen on synapse 3. This is not the case and no matter what I've tried they will not appear (I've uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it 3 times already). Any help would be greatly appreciated. ALSO, the sub woofer for my leviathan V2 and THX setting do not appear to be working as well.
