Purchasing product not sending OTP | Razer Insider

Hi I’ve been trying to purchase in-game product and been trying for a week, been trying to connect with live agent and created a ticket recently.

 

issue is Razer is not sending OTP to my phone number, no other options

 

tried all troubleshooting steps 

  • different devices
  • clear cache / history
  • diffrent browser
  • different internet

I’m not having problem receiving otp with other services in this number so Im sure this is razer issue
