Hi! My Razer Blade laptop has had the battery start to swell, and after looking around on the forum I saw someone else had been able to order a battery directly from Razer to replace it. Since the rest of the laptop is fine, I'd rather not have to send in my entire laptop for a repair when it's just the battery that has an issue. My laptop is out of warranty, so I wasn't able to start a support ticket on my own. What should I do to start this purchasing process?

Sorry to hear about your laptop's bloated battery. For your safety, please limit or do not use the unit. Allow me to forward your inquiry to our Support Team by sending me a PM including your laptop's serial number. By the way, ensure that your unit does not belong to our discontinued models from this list.
