q button double presses and Lctrl not working

Hi, I have Razer Ornata keyboard. when I click on the q key sometimes it presses the letter q and sometimes it shows Tab and q ( q). also, the left ctrl key doesn't work with other keys combinations, like ctrl+c etc.. I have reset the Razer synapse, Uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested on Razer support page, cleaned the keyboard, and set every key to its default. ps. in the Gamer Mood the ctrl+key work but I do have the q key problem (if I disable Tab key the q key presses correctly). what should I do?

    Hello! Based on the symptoms you mentioned, this may be a key chattering issue; but before routing to some hardware troubleshooting, follow the steps on this guide first to see if it fixes the issue. Should the problem persists, perform a hard reset to your device.
