is anyone else having QC problems with razer products?  just bought the Nommo v2 x.  couldnt get it to connect to my laptop or even be recognized.  after a bit online with tech support (pretty sure they go directly off a script)  I came up with the idea of switching to a normal USb-USBc cable. and it works. their supplied USB cable, for some reason does not make a good connection into the back of their speakers, however, it works fine for charging my airpods case
